How to make good habits

Do you also have a good or bad habit? Or do you want to develop a good habit? Such as exercising daily, getting complete sleep, interacting with friends and relatives periodically, etc.
Or maybe you want to quit a bad habit. Such as the habit of smoking cigarettes, eating spicy or fried things, or spending a lot of time on the Internet

It is not easy to leave a bad habit. Bad habit is like a warm quilt in winter, which is easy to get into, but very difficult to get out of it!

At times, we might feel like changing a lot in our lives and all that together. As you might think, 'From this week on I will quit smoking cigarettes, abusing and waking up late at night and exercising from now on, eating nutritious food and taking care of my grandparents.' Gradually change yourself. For this, you can take the following steps:

1. Make two lists. Write good habits in one, which you want to instill in yourself, and in the other, bad habits, which you want to give up. Write down all the habits you can think of. Do not think that the list is too long, so do not write any more.

2. Mark the habits you want to leave first or put in yourself, according to 1, 2, 3

3. Now choose the first one or two things from both the lists and pay attention to them. After that, pay attention to the next one or two things from the list.

If you leave a bad habit and replace it with a good habit, then the list you have made will soon be reduced. Suppose you have a habit of watching too much TV and you want to start a good habit like talking to your friends or relatives from time to time. For this, you can do something that when you leave home after work, first of all talk to a friend or relative instead of playing TV.
